Pain was sudden while a i was not performing any heavy exersice n lasted fir hours, ferls like cramping, a bit feverish and lots of burps and feeling of bloating,no vomiting
Have your heart checked obviously. But could most likely be GERD, anything from common heart burn to a possible hiatial hernia.
