Back pain from standing at work 2 to 4 hrs

At work we stand up for working in a factory in which I have this backpain that cause me to shift my body several times to try to relieve my pain. What can I do

Wear comfortable shoes at work. Make sure your work surface is at a comfortable height. Take frequent breaks and practice yoga and deep breathing exercise. Try cinnamon and ginger remedy. For details check below link:
