best way to pair supplements

I currently take several supplements and wanted to know when to take them. My crrent schedule is as follows:
Morning
1 1000 Mg fish oil
1 500mcg b12
1 800 mcg folic acid
1 100Mg b6
1 500mcg biotin

Afternoon
1 glucosamine & chondroitin (1700Mg)
2 Universal 100% beef aminos

Evening
1 vitamin e (200iu)
1 milk thistle (1000mg)
1 glucosamine & chondroitin (1700Mg)
