A fresh (bleeding) cut on the finger might raise the risk a little bit. But slight elevation of a near zero risk still means no risk for all practical purposes. And a healing cut is no risk at all.
STDs are not transmitted by breast milk or by mouth contact with skin, including nipples. Even babies who nurse never catch STDs from their mothers.
