can i use warm orange juice for colds

the one thing I found pretty handy for a cold is a tablespoon of Caraway seeds, pinch of salt and a cup of wate… Bring it to a boil for 30 minutes and wrap your head with a towel or while you are laying down and breathe in the vapors… I use this remedy for husband.

If the juice is very cold you can warm it by placing the glass of juice in a little hot water container though it is not a good idea.

It is believed that vitamin C to get rid common cold and also for fast recovery from it. A lot of research has been done on the effect of vitamin C on colds and the evidence is not exactly clear-cut.
