since 10 days spontaneously coughing with mucus coming out along with cough everytime, which is ofcourse spoiling my sleep also, as an immediate relief, i went to a allopathic doctor, who diagonised it as a viral attack, & gave me injection with tabs for the day and HE CONTINUED IT TILL 4TH DAY. after which i did not go to him, though i am partially cured, so immdly i want to switch over to home remedy and adapt to it continously. as a preventive measure. take steam inhalation.
Take 1 teaspoon honey mixed with a pinch of clove powder, 2 or 3 times a day.
Raising the head of the bed or sleeping on extra pillows may help ease a cough at night.
