Does caffeine negate the effects of natural depressants?

I occasionally experience anxiety, blood pressure spikes, etc., whilst I also have issues with concentration and alertness. I drink coffee in the morning to increase my alertness and focus during the day. I have been considering using Chamomile tea as a natural depressant, but I believe that I need the caffeine as well. I need the positive effects of both a stimulant and a depressant, but clearly that isn’t really a possibility. So, my question should really be: What can I do to solve both of the problems mentioned?
