doing exercise but still gaining weight

I have taken harmone medicines for 3 months due to which my weight increased. Now Im exercising but still the weight gain is happening. My thighs,.hips n chest has increase in measurement.
What to do.
Im 5.3" & weight is 81 kgs.

Lower your carb intake to 100g a day, cut down on sugars including fruit sugar which contributes to weight gain and gastrointestinal issues, eat more meat,eggs, vegetables in replacement of breads, pastas and potatos which are pure carbs!
