I had built up glue it on my right leg and foot and I am one to fluid pills and I’m still feeling no relief from them. What else can be done besides the compression socks ?
Beside compression socks and water pills, reduce your salt intake, raise the affected limb higher than your heart. Treat the underlying cause of the swelling. Ask your doctor about exercises you can do that may reduce swelling.
