Hi I’m 32yr old female for the last 16months I wake in the morning with pain across my forhead the pain is about 7 out of 10 also every morning I do have to keep clearing the back of my nose and when I cough it out its always really thick like glue mucous green in colour I do have problems with my sinusis but the headache never goes away I have tried everything some days there so bad I can’t function I do have a cyst on my left maxillary sinuis I don’t know whether it could be allergies
