Our children need our attention not medications. Feed your child healthy food try not to allow processed foods or fast foods.
Be careful as to what junk food your child may eat as well. More than likely a child is not over active as much as it is neglected in the sense that we are too tired after work to dedicate an optimal amount of time spent with the child.
