hands and fingers swelling and tingling in the morning with pain all day

I’m only 28 and for the last week my hands are swelling, tingling, and ache with much pain all day. Its the worst in the morning when I wake up.

Most probably it may be due to inflammation (arthritis) or problem with nerves or blood flow.
Consult doctor. An x-ray of the hand may be recommended and the treatment depends on the underlying cause.
