I use to make my self throw up after eating to make me loss weight I lost alot of weight im where I wanna be be with my weight now ive been vomiting for over 6 years now I can’t stop my body from feeling like that I think I find out why I started that is cause I thought I lost control over everything in my life
Try eating small amounts of soft foods throughout the day. Eat something like half a yogurt then wait an hour or two before finishing it. This might trick your stomach and get it used to keeping things down. Try to fight the urge of letting it come back up as well. Take control back.
