Hi Sir Iam suffering of high ESR (70) and my age is 26 . I have pain in my lift side buttock due to which iam not able to walk or move my left leg and due to this iam not able to sleep properly also as iam not able to change side due to the pain Iam a regular gym goer but due to my job schedule iam not able to go to gym from the last 6 months Please advice me some medicines ASAP as it is paining a lot …Sir please help me
