Clean the wound at first:cleaning the wound
Wash and clean the affected area firstly with an antiseptic or cool water to remove the dirt and dust particles on the wound. This will prevent from any further infections. Later let it dry and tap it with a dry and clean cloth. Apply a thick coat of antiseptic cream or petroleum jelly or any ointment or moisturizing cream to keep the skin smooth. Cover it with a bandage or cotton for dressing the wound. Change the dressing frequently in order to heal the wound faster.

Honey has many antibiotic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties in it. It prevents infections and reduces the scars. Honey is an effective home remedy for treating and healing the wound faster. Apply honey directly on the affected area and allow it sit for sometime. Later rinse the wound with warm water and cover it with a bandage. Repeat this until the abraded skin heals
Turmeric acts as an all-time remedy for various skin problems. Once the wound is washed, apply directly onto the affected area to facilitate faster healing of the wound. Its anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties helps the wound free from any infections. It also helps further swelling or pain. Do not cover the wound and repeat this for several times, until the wound disappears
