Home remedy for anxiety

Recently lost grandmother that had lived with her for more than seven years . Is having anxiety attacks often on. would like home remedy

I use peppermint. Smelling it and eating it brought mine down considerably. I use to rub peppermint oil on my upper lip before I left the house so I could continue to smell it and take mints as well as drinking mint water.

Other than that chamomile and lavender have said to do the same thing in lotions and baths.
