I would like to ask you one question.
I have a high cholestrol in my blood.
I met with my local doc. I take medicine for 3 months now he said
its decrease and better but i would like to ask how can i eat n live to change my life style.
Please advise kindly.
Sometime i feel weak i m just 34 year old asian, man and55 kg only.
You can sent to my mail. I would like to know how can i know my cholestrol high or low?
