The way I’ve cured them is everyday you take a shower use Head&Shoulders as body wash on the area that you have the Ringworms and 3times a day apply antifungal powder or cream you can get at local drug store like Walmart, it’s usually like 2,3 dollars no more than that. With doing that you should see the ringworms gone in 4days, perhaps abit longer if the fungus is larger
