Dietary and lifestyle changes are the first line of treatment you should try. Avoid high-fiber foods such as beans, onions, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, artichokes, asparagus, pears, apples, peaches, prunes, whole wheat and bran for a couple of weeks and gradually add them back. Also avoid carbonated drinks, fried and fatty foods. Reduce dairy products and sugar intake. Chew your food thoroughly and eat smaller portions of meal. Do exercise regularly.
