How much time the penis should remain in fully erected position? I get erection but it for sometime - normally my penis is in erected psition but it is not completely erected, thats why I am unable to insert it. Also I get premature ejaculation.

after excitement it should remain in complete erect position until the ejaculation or until the excitement is over.
better consult your doctor.
