How should I adress my severe mental fatigue

Wake up tired feel like I can’t get started for the day overwhelming fatigue

Could be adrenal fatigue, low blood pressure or low blood sugar ( its pretty common). My suggestion is to not drink caffeine in the morning. Because this leads to severity of the fatigue problem. Perhaps try some decaffeinated tea. Such as decaf green tea, white tea, peppermint tea?
(And you can use honey, if you like)
