how to deal with anxiety attack?

I usually get panic attacks and sometimes its severe to the limit that i go to the ER.
I feel my heart is beating faster and irregular, short of breath, bowel movement and sometimes shaking. I quit caffeine and I still get panic attacks.
Anything can help me when I start to feel that ?
Im 36.

Here are few tips…

-Do vigorous exercise or massage to relieve tension.

-Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercise. Meditation ease anxiety.

-Get enough rest.

-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine. They may increase your anxiety level.

-Get out and do something you enjoy Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious.

Massage with warm mustard oil on head and feet.
