How to deal with vagina dryness

Apply around ½ tsp of comfrey salve to your vaginal area daily after taking a bath.

Comfrey contains allantoin which helps in soothing the irritated tissues and stimulates the growth of new and healthy cells.

Fatty fish like salmon and sardines and essential flaxseeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is very important for you to have these foods as they keep the cells healthy and naturally cure infection. Take flax oil and fish several times a day. You can also have 1 or 2 tbsp of flaxseeds which have been freshly ground in place of flax oil regularly to treat vaginal dryness.

Increasing the regular intake of water will keep your body properly hydrated. Eating yoghurt regularly acts as another effective home remedy.

Avoid bubble baths, powder, perfumes or douching the vaginal area and do not use scented soaps.

Wear cotton underwear and apply vitamin E oil regularly
