im 17 yrs old 213 pounds, 7 months ago I was at my highest weight of 245 pounds. my overall goal is somewhere 155 - 160 pounds. I have alot of belly and pubic fat I do 40 - 60 minutes of cardio daily along with a better diet. I drink tons of water daily. am I on the right track to getting rid of this? any tips? thank you
You could try cutting wheat out of your diet. I struggled for years to control my weight and avoiding wheat is the only thing that worked for me. You can look into the science but my opinion from my research is that wheat may disrupt proper thyroid gland function in those with even a slight allergy.
