My 2 yr old threw a remote at my 4yr old right on the forehead. A huge knot appeared and we treated with ice for a few hours till it went down some but now 4 days later there is still a slight bump. How can I make that go down more?

Probably,not to concern. The forehead and scalp have an abundant blood supply and injury to these areas often results in bleeding under the skin. When the bleeding is restricted to one area, it causes bruising and swelling. Even a minor head bump can cause a large swelling. Sometimes it takes time to go but better to see a doctor.
