How to improve digestion

My digestion is weak.I am 42. I continuous suffer acidity problem.

  • Drink 1 cup of sweet fresh pineapple juice with a pinch of ginger, a pinch of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon organic sugar thrice a day.
  • Eat 1 or 2 oranges a day to improve digestion by stimulating the flow of digestive juices.
