i get vibrations in legs or in knees or hands it feels as if it is shaking vigourously plz help

I feel pricking sensation in hand and legs soles and any part of my body near thighs or hands vibrate and stops after 10,seconds but it worries me lots. What is this symptom of how can I cure it
