i have a problem in my head drousiness and sudden blocking of my ears?

i dnt feel fresh my head is heavy n drousy. …some probl with my ear is it gets blockd n i often get to hear a tone whch last for sm time…due to whch i feel very uneasy n irritated.plz helpgp
