for last 2 weeks i have severe pain in my left shoulder during eating, i went to the doctor he made an ecg,the ecg result was normal, but still i am having the problem

As your pain is related to meal, probably it may be due to cholecystitis i.e gall bladder inflammation, sometimes it spreads to shoulder.

Also it may be due to pancreatitis. Consult Gastroenterologist.
