I don’t know what caused it but I have terrible pain and swelling in my left foot. It has been occurring for about four days now. What can I do to help the pain.
See doctor, as the pain and swelling is in one foot and not the other, it may be due to broken bone, tendonitis, tendon rupture or infection.
