I have vertigo is this from an inter ear infection? And how do I get rid of it?

What medications are used to get rid of vertigo? I’m always dizzy and sometimes have bad headaches.

Ok then first rinse ear with peroxide solution wait see how to u feel after 1hr if continues see a Dr could be low/high pressure. Low/high sugar too.
