i pick up a speaker and the fiberglass was on the outsde now its on my arm and itches whst.can i do!

Fiberglass was.hanging outside the speaker and I picked it up and now my arm has lives of fiberglass in it and it ticked what can I do to het the fiberglass out or stop it from itching?
