I struggle with fibromyalgia & carpal tunnel syndrome,how can I have mental & physical energy?

I am always fatigue & hurt.
My primary doctor @Emory clinic Atlanta Ga.are hard getting appointments & any inflammation medicine to relief my symptoms. What do I do??

Here are few tips:

  • Eat healthy foods.

  • Limit your caffeine intake.

  • Do something that you find enjoyable and fulfilling every day.

  • Take more frequent breaks to rest your hands.

  • Avoid activities that worsen symptoms.

  • Apply cold packs to reduce occasional swelling.

  • Rotate your wrists and stretch your palms and fingers.

  • Avoid sleeping on your hands to help ease the pain or numbness in your wrists and hands.

  • Take one tablespoons of honey and half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in one cup of hot water thrice a day. It acts as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and has other additional benefits.

  • Try massage therapy.

  • Do meditation to reduce stress.
