I've been having bowel issues?

Lately I seem to be a little constipated and it’s getting annoying. I am having a bowel movement every day, but (sorry to be descriptive), the feces itself is very hard and difficult to get out. I haven’t really changed my diet, so I’m not sure what could be causing it. What should I do about this?

Increase the intake of fluids preferably water. Drink eight to ten glasses of pure water daily. Fluids make bowel movements softer and easier to pass.

Eat more fiber rich foods. Include fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, whole-grain cereals and whole grain breads which are high in fiber. Add fiber to your diet gradually to avoid gas and bloating.

Exercise regularly for 20-30 minutes, which help to stimulate intestinal function.
