It is better to go naturally. Good dietary sources of biotin include cauliflower, salmon, bananas, carrots, egg yolks, brewer’s yeast, nutritional yeast, sardines, legumes and mushrooms.
Biotin deficiency may lead to skin rash or hair loss but biotin deficiency isn’t common so consult pediatrician.
