(erythrocyte sedimentation rate) ESR value is very high for her…Is there any way she can reduce it ?She feels very tired sometimes and she’s also detected with low haemoglobin content…8.5 gm/dl…She’s 50yrs old. She has no diabetes.

ESR value is very high, it should have been below 21 for her age. better consult your doctor for medication.
