Nuts such as almonds, peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanut butter, hazelnuts and walnuts
Organ meats (liver, kidney), Pork
Vegetables- onions, cucumbers, carrot and cauliflower,
Fruits- bananas, avocados, berries such as strawberries and raspberries have a significant amount of biotin.
Seafood is a good source of Biotin. Various varieties of seafood like tuna, haddock, salmon, and sardines are excellent sources of Biotin.
