sharp pains,stomach,large intest and pain where my heart is. out if Breath easy when, i over exert my self. thank you

I have always had some kind of pain in my digestive track.Mainly constipation. I just moved to Utah from NY.so the latitude could be a issue. Im very gassy…both ends…thank you and stay blessed

This could be a result of sleep apnea. Often when one has difficulty breathing during sleep, they gulp air and swallow.
