sir, my patient started severe type of asthma after attending a function
in an area polluted with’ smoke, after giving injection ‘decadran’ 1cc twice and injection ‘doxoril’ 100 mg diluted in 100 ml ‘normal saline’ and’ oxygen’ inhalation,tablet etosalbutol as and when necessary she improved but i found the heart beat is about 85/minute and feeling weak and tingling sensation in finger tips ,
- she is not a known diabetic,and hypertensive patient
kindly guide me for further treatment,
