Boil a teaspoon of ginger juice and sugar in a cup of water to make a syrup. Add some saffron strands, cardamom, nutmeg and clove buds. Take a teaspoon of this after meals.
Have a few fresh basil leaves or peppermint leaves or drink the warm water in which they have been soaked for a few hours. Having this after meals relaxes the intestine and relief from colic pain.
