please can I get information on the best drug/home remedy for the syndrome as it has affected me a great deal.
it has causes constipation has gives me great concern.

antispasmodic herbs. mine swings the other direction but ginger or peppermint teas help. either way it’s spasms in the colon. honey is the best way if you are going to need to sweeten tea.
