what are some ways to improve your bones when causes by vitamin d deficiency.

I’m 18 years old and I was a vegetarian for 6 years and found out last year I had low vitamin D after dealing with swollen painful muscle and bone pains for about a year. The doctor started me off with 2,000mg 2x a day and a 50,000 mg a week. And now I’m on 2,000mg 3x a day and off the 50,000mg. I still feel in pain especially with my feet, after walking for about 1hr my feet are throbbing and are in so much pain. I’ve bought walking shoes and running shoes and nothing seems to work :frowning: and for some reason I have cold feet and hands always even when it’s hot out if that gives you more information.
