I think I have anxiety related to going to sleep. What causes this? I usually lay in bed for hours after I get in it to go to sleep. I especially can’t sleep when I have something important to do the next day.
Insomnia is often caused due to stress anxiety, or depression. If you can’t fall sleep within 30 minutes, get out of bed, go to another room, and read. Don’t watch TV. Also, go to bed at a consistent time every night seven days a week and avoid day-time naps.
