Painful to put weight on that part of my foot
Almost feels jammed but don’t remeber bumping into anything
Pain for 2days, swelling came today
See doctor for proper diagnosis. Most probably it could be bunions. There are other condition too like arthritis or gout.
Try below remedies:
Pour a few tablespoons of Epsom salt into the basin and fill with cool or lukewarm water, enough to cover the ankles. Epsom salt can easily be found anywhere where first aid supplies are sold. Soak anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. It is an easy way to soothe sore and irritated feet.

It’s sounds like gout .I get it a few times a month
