Please try a quarter to one half teaspoon of black pepper. Chew pepper without any liquid until it is a pastei your mouth. Then swollow it. You can ad a pinch of salt to the pepper beforehand to help make saliva. Take a little water, not too much.
This has helped me with acid reflux (CURED IT), Stomach cramps, flu cramps, or after eating bad food. In a few days it may go away. Watch what you eat and what makes it worse. Do not eat before bed time, important!
