The gastrohepatic ligament which suspends the stomach from the liver, contains the left gastric artery and coronary vein. Gastrohepatic ligament nodes are considered to be enlarged when it is more than 8mm that means there is a mild lymphadenopathy in this region and there is a coronary varies(enlarged vein).
