Here are some tips to ease pain:
- Apply a cold pack (bag of ice) to the painful area for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Apply at least three times a day. It help to reduce pain and inflammation.
- Take rest when the pain is severe.
- Wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes/sandals.
- Do simple stretching exercises for your arches.
- If you are overweight, lose weight.
- Avoid over physical exercise.
