What home remedies can I do for my plantars faciitis?

Here are some tips to ease pain:

  • Apply a cold pack (bag of ice) to the painful area for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Apply at least three times a day. It help to reduce pain and inflammation.
  • Take rest when the pain is severe.
  • Wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes/sandals.
  • Do simple stretching exercises for your arches.
  • If you are overweight, lose weight.
  • Avoid over physical exercise.
