I’m a 19 year old girl who is about 160lbs. I started college in the fall and i live in the dorms and I’ve noticed myself getting sick a lot more than I use to, so I want to start taking vitamins, but I do not know what type I should take. You don’t have to take any vitamin pills. Try to build up your immunity, that is far better and proper way instead of popping pill.
