I had broken the small toe on left foot, then I got a shopping trolley run into my tendons at back of ankle and though broken toe healed the tendonitis did not. However, on getting up after kneeling down, a lump appeared on the top of my foot on arch by ankle which did not hurt or cause a problem. Last week my foot started to hurt, did not know whether I had hurt it in some way and just brused or pulled muscle thought would heal, but foot now hurts and another lump bony has appeared. The first bone protrution subsided a little, feels like the bones in this foot are misaligned in some way.
