Usually between the 10th -12th week of pregnancy, your uterus will no longer be tipped or “backwards.” This should cause no difficulty for the pregnancy or for labor and birth. If the uterus does not move into a “middle” position, miscarriage can occur, but this is very rare.
my uterus became tilted backwards after my 2nd daughter was born. I am currently 4 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and have been concerned bc my uterus is now tilted backwards but I’m glad to hear that the chances aren’t any higher. It didn’t take us very long to conceive this baby even though my uterus is tilted backwards either.
